Facnor Genoa Furlers have been tested in offshore racing with loads 20 to 30 times higher than those of a 30-foot cruiser. Like the Facnor carbon furler on Jean Luc Van Den Heede's 80', the drum and swivel of the LS, LX and RX models have ball bearings. This bearing system allows easy furling, even with high tension on the halyard. The kit does not include the forestay, the tensioning kit and the handling line.
